The Diani Device Center was opened in 2018 by Jeff Maina & Maggy and has since then become the most consistent place to repair your phone within Diani Beach. It might not look like the most trust worth place at first glance. However, most Diani residents use their services simply due to the fact that they are fast, reliable, consistent, and super fair when it comes to the charges. Personally, we have sent a dozen phones such as the latest iPhone, Samsung’s, and other devices to Device center with excellent feedback.

Services

Undoubtedly the Diani Device Center’s main service and most renowned service is phone repairs. Jeff has excellent connections in Mombasa where your phone will ultimately end up to ensure the best possible repair is done at the highest standards across the whole coastline.

In most cases, the phone repair consists of broken screens whereby either Jeff or Maggy will tell you straight the price of the solution. This avoids later higher charges. However, there are cases where it might be an internal problem with your phone like Not charging or your phone won’t turn on. In those cases, the phone will have to be sent to Mombasa first to get a closer look by technicians to identify the problem. In those cases, nothing is repaired until the team of the Device Center has clearly communicated with you what needs to be fixed and what the ultimate cost will be.

In our experience, these repairs never take longer than 24 hours in extreme cases most of the time if you deliver your device in the morning hours before 10 o’clock your phone is to be expected to be back on the same day.

The Diani Device Center also has the common Items that one would expect a phone shop to have such as New Phones, Chargers, Screen protectors, Phone Covers, printing material, Earphones, HDMI Cables, Memory Cards, and pretty much everything our phone-related items.

The Device Center is also an Authorized Jumia Order and Pick-up center for those that need something off the internet but don’t have an address within Diani Beach this is definitely the closest Pick-up point. They are also an Authorized UPS Service Contractor for those that need international shipping services.
